Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Revioct, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. If there's anything wrong or if you have any concerns about your purchase, simply reach out to our customer service team at support@revioct.com.


1. Defective / Damaged Orders

1.1 Time Limit

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests beyond this time frame.

1.2 Eligible Issues

We will offer a free replacement or full refund if your order has any of the following issues:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Significant printing errors (blurry, faded, or misaligned print)
  • Item lost in transit (not delivered after 30 days)

To process your request, please email us at support@revioct.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

2. No Returns Policy

Since our products are print-on-demand items made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns. You have the option to donate, keep, or dispose of any unwanted items at your convenience.


3. Refunds

In the case of a refund, you will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.


4. Replacements

If you require a replacement, the production and delivery timeframe will follow the same process as a regular order (typically 7–12 business days).


5. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements are not accepted for the following situations:

  • Incorrect selection of size, color, or design by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction with the fit or color due to personal preference
  • Failure to carefully review the order before placing it
  • Refusing the shipment or returning the item at your own expense

We kindly request that you carefully review your order before checking out to ensure its accuracy.


6. Lost or Delayed Orders

If you haven't received any updates on your order for over 15 days, please contact us at support@revioct.com. We will investigate the issue promptly.

If we determine that the order is lost due to our mistake or our shipping partner's error, we will either:

  • Send you a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund
